Instant Bircher

Quick, instant and super tasty!

Step 1: mash a banana - slightly brown is better for extra sweetness.

Step 2: Pour over Oats, enough to cover the banana. 

Step 3: Pour over your favourite milk such as Almond, Soy or regular milk - I also add a little extra water. 

Step 4: Mix together - adding more oats or liquid.

Step 5: Add your favourite seasonal fruit and sliced almonds or cashew nuts.
